The renovation of the Châtel-St-Denis fondue institution has brought the space to a new level of Swissness: the walls are now a combination of wood shingles and stone tiles, ceiling lights are disguised as milk pots, and traditional double-cream spoons frame a cuckoo clock by Swiss Koo.
